запрос информации согласно ст. 212 Закона о Компаниях (Companies Act 1985)
GB письменный запрос компании, посылаемый лицу, которое, по мнению компании, может являться или являлось владельцем ее акций или иметь иное право (interest) на акции в течение трех последних лет; получатель такого запроса должен сообщить компании, направившей запрос, имеет (имел) ли он подобное право на акции, и если да, то каково (было) это право, когда он его приобрел, и пр.; кроме того, получатель запроса должен сообщить, знает ли он кого-нибудь еще, кто имеет или имел право на акции данной компании
